DAS CX is an AI consulting company. We build AI roadmaps, train people to use AI safely, lead the change that makes adoption stick, and design and build AI employees that take on real work.
The story
Strategy, change and execution, in one team
Years 1–13: building. Dasun Premadasa started as a developer and became a senior developer and tech lead, building software across consumer goods, manufacturing and automotive. At Club Basis he executed a digital transformation from planning to delivery.
Years 14–25: mapping and changing. Twelve years as a business analyst and transformation lead across FMCG, wine and automotive, untangling messy processes and running delivery. At Treasury Wine Estates he created the digital transformation strategy itself. He has worked in AI since 2015.
Now: building AI, and making it stick. In 2023 he founded Merlo AI, an AI platform that runs in production every day for strata businesses. Building it taught him what it really takes to get AI working inside a business. DAS CX brings those lessons to other industries.
