AI Automation for Business Processes

When an agent alone isn’t enough, we build the orchestration and integrations around it ourselves: custom code, ground up. Power Platform where your environment already runs on it. No n8n, no middleware.

Why no middleware

Fewer moving parts. Fewer 2am failures.

Drag-and-drop automation tools are quick to start and painful to run. Every extra platform is another licence, another login and another place for a workflow to break silently.

We write the automation in code, alongside the agent, so it’s tested, version-controlled, monitored and owned by you.

What we automate

  • Routing work between inboxes, queues and teams
  • Creating and updating records across CRM, ERP, finance and internal systems
  • Document intake: reading, classifying and filing
  • Scheduled checks, reminders and reports
  • Hand-offs between AI employees and people
How it fits

Automation is the plumbing. The AI employee does the job.

1

Agent first

We start with the AI employee and the outcome it owns. Automation is added only where the agent needs it.

2

Built to be run

Logging, alerts and retries are part of the build, not an afterthought.

3

Your stack

Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, your CRM and industry platforms. Power Platform when it’s already there.

AI automation FAQs

What’s the difference between AI automation and an AI employee?

Automation moves data along a fixed path. An AI employee makes decisions along the way: it reads messy inputs, chooses the next action and knows when to ask a person.

Can you work with Power Automate?

Yes. If your organisation already runs on the Power Platform, we’ll build there. If not, we build in custom code.

How is it priced?

Per project, usually as an add-on to an agent build. We quote after discovery, once the scope is clear.
